Job summary
To drive sales of CCTV installation and security solutions to secondary schools across Kenya, positioning Threecs as a trusted partner in student safety and fire-incident monitoring in response to the recent rise in school fire outbreaks.

Job description & requirements
- Identify and approach
public and private high schools as prospective clients for CCTV and security
installations.
- Conduct site visits and
needs assessments to recommend suitable security solutions.
- Prepare and present
proposals and quotations in liaison with the technical team.
- Build and maintain
relationships with school administrations, boards of management, and county
education offices.
- Generate leads, negotiate
terms, and close sales in line with company pricing policy.
- Coordinate with the
technical/installation team for smooth project handover after a sale.
- Maintain an up-to-date
record of client interactions, leads, and the sales pipeline.
- Represent Threecs at
education-sector events, school forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide basic after-sales
follow-up and escalate technical client queries appropriately.
- Submit regular sales
activity and progress reports to the HR/Sales Manager.
