Job summary
General Purpose Our client, a leading dental healthcare provider in Kenya and the East African region, is seeking to recruit a highly creative, skilled, and results-oriented Videographer to support the organization's brand visibility and digital engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video and photo content that strengthens brand awareness, builds trust with audiences, and drives service uptake across digital platforms.

Gross Salary: Ksh. 70,000- 80,000
Duties &Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute both short-form and long-form video shoots.
Capture high-quality video and photographic content for digital and marketing campaigns.
Setup and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
Capture both planned and spontaneous content to support authentic brand storytelling.
Edit and produce engaging short-form videos optimized for social media platforms.
Incorporate captions, transitions, graphics, and trending audio to enhance audience engagement.
Ensure consistency in visual branding across all content produced.
Export and optimize content in platform-specific formats for various digital channels.
Organize, archive, and maintain media files, footage, and backups systematically.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content aligned with marketing objectives.
Stay up date done merging social media trend sand recommend innovative content ideas.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of four(4)years' proven experience in videography and video editing.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing documentary or story-led content, brand/corporate videos, and social media reels.
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other professional video editing software.
Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.
Experience working with healthcare, NGO, or purpose-driven brands will be an added advantage.
Excellent creative, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Motion Designer (motion Design & Programmatic )

Key Responsibilities 1. Motion Graphics Production Lead the design and production of mainly motion & static graphics and animated assets for Betika campaigns - including digital ads, social media content, match-day activations and OOH motion formats. Develop motion design systems, static assets and reusable animation templates to increase production speed and consistency across markets. Produce broadcast-quality animated content for both tactical (promotional) and thematic (brand-building) campaigns.
