- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized at all times.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Process bills and coordinate with the cashier for payments where required.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
